Woburn MA Vinyl Record Shows 2025 Vendor Rates & Info
This venue has both 6ft and 8ft tables for 57 total tables. Note all the 6ft are inner only. All tables must be prepaid by credit card, Paypal or Venmo. Tables booked must be paid within 3 days of they will be released. Show dates for 2025 for Sunday, Jan 19th and Sunday, Nov 2nd.
6ft are $65 for the 1st table and $60 for each additional one – only 14 total
8ft are $85 for the 1st table and $80 for each additional one – 43 total
This is our first increase in vendor rates in five years. We are trying to keep costs down however everything has gone up from rentals, ad rates, postage and printing.
Hotel is the Crowne Plaza, 15 Middlesex Canal Park Road, Woburn MA 01801 next door to the Cinemas. Just off i-95 near the i-93 connector

Ballroom entrance is in the rear, however attendees can easily enter via the front lobby entrance as well. Handicap access from both front and rear entrance.
